Awemour is a practice by Michael L. Smith of Presentgevity (“we”, “us”). This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you join Awemour, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- If you choose to, your mobile phone number and whether you’d like messages by WhatsApp or text message (SMS).
- A record of your consent: what you agreed to receive and the date and time you agreed.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to send you the Awemour practice and updates you asked for, and, if you opted in, your daily Awemour practice on your phone. We keep consent records so we can show what you agreed to.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
Who helps us send messages
We use trusted service providers, such as our email platform and our messaging platform, to store your details and deliver our messages. They handle your data on our behalf and only for that purpose. WhatsApp messages are delivered through WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you’re subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending messages and remove your details, keeping only what we need to remember that you opted out.
How to unsubscribe
- Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
- WhatsApp or text message: reply STOP at any time.
- Or simply write to mike@presentgevity.com and we’ll take care of it.
Your rights (EU and UK)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email mike@presentgevity.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Wherever you live, you’re welcome to ask us these same questions.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Write to mike@presentgevity.com. For details about phone messages, see our Messaging Terms.
